Exclusions / Terms & Conditions
The following items are excluded from our quotation and shall be considered outside our scope unless specifically mentioned otherwise:
1. Price and Lead Time Validity Under Current Regional Conditions
The prices and lead times quoted herein are based on the prevailing market conditions, supplier commitments, and logistics situation at the time of submission. Due to the current situation in the region, shipping, freight, insurance, customs clearance, and other logistics-related services may be subject to disruption, delay, or abnormal cost escalation.
Accordingly, any abnormal increase in cost arising from war, regional conflict, political instability, force majeure, import/export restrictions, shipping disruption, insurance premium increase, port congestion, customs changes, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, shall be treated as a variation and charged additionally.
Likewise, any delay in supply or delivery caused by such circumstances, including delays from manufacturers, suppliers, shipping lines, freight agents, or customs authorities, shall not be considered under our liability, and the previously communicated lead time shall be subject to revision accordingly.
Under normal market conditions, the quoted prices and lead times shall remain applicable.
2. Civil Works
All civil works are excluded from our quotation, including but not limited to underground valve chambers and covers, thrust blocks, concrete supports for system piping, sleeves, excavation, backfilling, and any type of earthing work. [EXCEPT GYPSUM ACCESS DOOR WORK]
3. Passive Fire Protection
Any kind of passive fire protection work is excluded from our quotation, including but not limited to fire stop sealants, fire-resistant paint for doors, fire-rated sealing compounds, and all other related passive fire protection works.
4. Site Conditions / Drawing Basis
Our quotation is based solely on the current site conditions and the client’s stated requirements available at the time of submission. Any changes, discrepancies, unforeseen site constraints, or additional requirements identified later shall be treated as a variation.
5. Crane and Man Lift
Provision of crane, man lift, scaffolding, and any similar access equipment shall be the responsibility of the client unless otherwise specifically mentioned in our quotation.
6. Tools and Machinery Storage
Suitable storage space for tools, equipment, materials, and machinery at site shall be arranged by the client.
7. HSE Requirements
Provision of HSE officers, safety supervisors, or any dedicated safety personnel is excluded from our offer unless specifically stated otherwise.
8. Consultancy and Drawing Approval
Consultancy services, design review, authority approvals, and drawing approvals are excluded from our offer unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
9. Excluded Systems / Components
Any systems, materials, accessories, components, services, or works not explicitly mentioned in our quotation are excluded from our scope of work.
10. Gate Passes and Work Permits
Arrangement of gate passes, access permits, entry permissions, and work permits, if required, shall be the responsibility of the client.
11. Partial Order / Partial Scope Acceptance
This quotation is submitted based on the complete scope and total quantities offered by DWCC. Any partial order, split order, or reduction in quantity/scope shall be subject to DWCC’s review and acceptance only against a revised quotation. DWCC reserves the right to revise the unit rates, overall price, delivery period, and other commercial terms in case of partial quantity or partial scope orders, as the original quotation is based on the full offered scope.
